Can I request a quote before placing an order?
Yes, you can request a quote either through a message/email or through the portal. Quickest method is to simply select the products you're interested in and choose Request a Quote. Our team will provide pricing details within 24 hours.
How do I place an order?
After a quotation has been provided and pricing is accepted, an invoice will be generated and payment requested.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via bank transfers, cheque and M-PESA (Approved customers only).
How do I track my order?
Go to My Orders in your account dashboard to check the status of your order and track shipments in real time.
What are the shipping options?
We offer standard and expedited shipping options based on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently offer shipping outside of Kenya to Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda and Malawi. Please contact us if another destination is required.

How long does it take to receive a quotation?
The time to receive a quotation depends on various factors, including the complexity of the request and product availability. We strive to provide quotations within 1-3 business days.
What is the difference between a quotation and a proforma invoice?
At Premier Bio-Life, our quotations also serve as proforma invoices. This combined document outlines contractual elements, product details, and shipping costs, allowing certain customs processes to begin prior to shipment.
How long are quotations valid?
The validity period of each quotation is specified under the consignee information on the front page. It varies depending on product types and currency considerations.

What if our institution does not have a purchase order system?

Given the nature of our products—such as time-sensitive items, cold chain requirements, and regulatory controls—we handle customs clearance and delivery to mitigate risks of delays and ensure compliance.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, not at the moment. We can only ship to Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda and Malawi currently.
Do you charge VAT or sales tax?
For destinations outside the Kenya, no VAT is charged. Within Kenya, VAT policies depend on the product and VAT registration status.
What currencies do you accept for payments?
We accept payments in Kenyan Shillings (KSH) and US Dollars (USD).
Are your product prices inclusive of customs duty?
Product prices do not include customs duty. Duty applicability depends on the product's origin and destination. We handle necessary customs procedures to facilitate duty exemptions where possible.

Why is there a dry ice surcharge for certain shipments?
Shipments requiring dry ice incur additional charges to cover the cost of dry ice, specialized packaging, and airline hazard surcharges.

Additional charges may include import taxes such as IDF, Customs, Duty, and VAT, depending on the destination country's regulations.
